Faith or FearBIOGRAPHYFaith or Fear (1982-1991, 2002-2003, 2008-present): a Thrash Metal band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. T aking their name from a pro-Christian car bumper sticker, "Faith or Fear - Make your Choice", Faith or Fear would form in 1982 under the membership of Dan Hansen (drums), Tim Blackman (vocals), Bob Perna (guitars), Chris Bombeke (guitars) and C.J. Jenkins (R.I.P. 2009; bass) and open shop with the 1986 self-titled demo. After the Ultimate Revenge 2 split in 1989 with Dark Angel, Death, Forbidden and Raven, Faith of Fear returned in 1989 with Punishment Area with Rich Lohwasser assuming drums. The band folded in 1991 with four out of five members of the last recording's line-up, along with original drummer Dan Hansen, reforming the band in 2002. This version succeeded in only one reunion show at Rumors in Buena, New Jersey on August 23rd, 2003 before splitting less than a year later. Faith of Fear reformed again in 2008 to eventually release Titanium (2012). In 2014 Jarvis Ozric would assume vocals, while Bill Cavallo would take drums in 2015. The EP Live in Philadelphia 1989 (2020) would then follow, with Rob Guidotti (R.I.P. 2022; bass) and Ed Schwegel (drums). Read All... ⏬ Clarence "C.J."
