DamascusBIOGRAPHY Damascus (2004-present): a Death Metal band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. U nder the membership of Julien Gaudet (bass), Mike Newstead (guitars), Jordan Diakur (drums), Terrance Asselin (guitars) and Trevor Birnie (vocals), Damascus would release their debut self-titled album in 2006. Their follow-up EP, Annex Theory (2007), featured Robert Burton assuming bass. Justin Hildebrand would later assume guitars but the band have been silent thus far since.
