Steve Grimmett (R.I.P. 2022; ex-(Grim Reaper/Grimmstine/Medusa/Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper/The Sanity Days/Heidt/Onslaught/The Three Tremors (live)/Chateaux/Friction/Lionsheart/Seven Deadly Sins); vocals),

Chaz Grimaldi (ex-(Grip Inc./Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper/Isolation/Unbroken (MD, USA)); bass) and

Mark Rumble (Severance/ex-(Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper/Full Tilt/G.B.M./Mahula Fish/Serotonin/Tantrum); drums) to release a single album Personal Crisis (2007).

Richard Walker (bass (2006-2008)) and Pete Newdeck (Midnite City/Nitrate, Tanted Nation/ex-(Eden's Curse/Paul Di'Anno/Killers/Blood Red Saints/China Blue/Seven Deadly Sins/The Shock); drums (2006-2010)) were previously members of the band as well.

The band did a commercial for Garmin GPS during the 2007 Super Bowl.

They also performed as Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper, initially only for select appearances performing Grim Reaper material. Eventually, the Steve Grimmett band identity fully transformed into Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper.
