Trash TalkBIOGRAPHYTrash Talk (2005-present): a Punk band from Berkeley, California, USA. P erforming a kind of punk rock and thrash metal crossover, Trash Talk became popular with the skater punk scene. Formed in 2005, Trash Talk soon released a demo on 'Sell Our Souls Records', as well as a split with Bay Area band Steel Trap in 2006. Later that year, they signed on to 'Rumble Records' to record their debut album Walking Disease under the membership of Lee Spielman (lead vocals), Spencer Pollard (bass/backing vocals), Tim Butcher (R.I.P. 2015; guitars), Sam Bosson (drums) and later Garrett Stevenson (guitars). Trash Talk would later sign to 'Malfunction Records' (imprint of 'Deathwish Inc.') in 2007 for the release of their EP Plagues; which would later form a compilation with Walking Disease. After extensive touring they would eventually leave 'Deathwish Inc.' to manage their own label, 'Trash Talk Collective' whereby they would release Trash Talk (2008), Eyes & Nines (2010), 119 (2012) and No Peace (2014). By 2014 the membership had changed to feature Devan Bentley (drums) with Joey Castillo later assuming that role in 2016 for one year until Joey Lopez took the role in 2019 for touring. The guitar role also changed to feature David Gagliardi, while Thomas Pridgen took over drums briefly but assumed to role for Read All... ⏬ the studio when he returned in 2019.
