Tucker-Evans Tank

n 2007, founding members of NWOBHM band Tank Algy Ward, Mick Tucker/Cliff Evans went their separate ways but decided to keep making music under the "Tank" name.

On 20 December 2008, this dispute became final when a new lineup was announced to Tank which would not include Ward as he and Evans were no longer on artistic terms. Guitarists Mick Tucker and Cliff Evans were joined by original drummer Mark Brabbs and former Bruce Dickinson bassist Chris Dale. Ward was replaced by former Rainbow singer Doogie White. For 2010, the band replaced Brabbs with Voodoo Six drummer, Dave Cavill and released the new Tank album War Machine (2010) but under the name Tucker-Evans Tank due to disputes over the name Tank.

The albums under this variation would be War Machine (2010) with the membership of Mick Tucker (guitars), Cliff Evans (guitars), Chris Dale (bass), Doogie White (vocals) and Dave Cavill (drums), War Nation (2012) now with Steve Hopgood on drums, Valley of Tears (2015) with a substantial revamped line-up of Barend Courbois (bass), Bobby Schottkowski (drums) and ZP Theart (vocals), and Re-ignition (2019) now with Randy van der Elsen (bass) and David Readman (vocals).
