t would be under the line-up of Kári Pálsson (bass), Oskar Rúnarsson (guitars), Jóhannes Smári Smárason (guitars), Josh Rood (vocals) and Tumi Snær Gíslason (drums) that Nexion would release their debut EP, Nexion EP (2017). Sigurður Jakobsson would take drums for the follow-up full album, Seven Oracles (2020). The next album, Sundrung (2025) would see the membership change by Kristján Guðmundsson taking drums.
