his act is a bit weird and when it came across our desk here at Diskery we debated if to enter them into the database or not. Sort of like Spinal Tap was a fictional band that got above itself so has Pentakill.

Pentakill is a virtual heavy metal band associated with the League of Legends game universe. Their music is primarily composed and performed by Riot Games' in-house music team but features cameos by various renowned metal musicians. With the official membership of Christian Linke on guitars and Eugene Kang on bass they would digitally release the debut Smite and Ignite (2014).

Remarkably, their second album, Grasp of the Undying (2017) featuring the membership of Mike Pitman (drums/guitars (rhythm)/guitars (lead)/guitars (acoustic)/keyboards), RickyTee (Real Name: Richard Thomson; drums/guitars (lead)/guitars (rhythm)/keyboards), ProtoShredanoid (Real Name: Jason Willey; guitars) with Kyugene (Eugene Kang) still on bass, reached Number 1 on the iTunes metal charts in 2017. Their third album III: Lost Chapter with Joe Atlan (keyboards/vocals (additional): track 4/piano: track 11) and the only consistent member Kang was premiered using an interactive "live" concert.
