ith the membership of Peter Breitenbach (drums), Benjamin zur Heide (bass/vocals (backing) and Björn Eilen (vocals/guitars), Warhead would release Good Part for Each (1997), Perfect/Infect (1999), Beyond Recall (2000), and the live set Live in München (2001).

For Captured (2007), Stefan Rolf had assumed guitars, and Michael A. Müller had assumed vocals. After the release of Hour of Death live (2000) and Twelve Ones compilation (2008), the band went on hiatus in 2010 and has been quiet since.
