asting only four years and formerly named Imposed Silence and Shadows of Sunset, Torn would debut and conclude with Violent Ecstasy (2002) under the membership of Tuomo Latvala (bass), Aki Järvinen (vocals/guitars (lead, rhythm)/songwriting/lyrics) and Atte Mäkelä (drums).
