FarenheitBIOGRAPHYFarenheit (2000-present): a Power Metal band from Mexico. O ctober 2000 marks the beginning Farenheit, a power metal act started by Alejandro Isaac and Luis Armendáriz. Their chosen style, however, has traditionally not been popular in Mexico resulting in difficulty in finding other musicians to play with. Carlos Flores was the first found in January 2001 and joined as keyboardist. The rest of the act followed soon after but sadly they were on board only to record and do some live performances, for afterwards they followed their own separate ways. Epic Enter was recorded in May 2002, against the clock and many inconveniences, since there were no studios prepared to record heavy metal music and they wanted to have material ready to be promoted on upcoming festivals, like Prog. Power USA and Wacken Open Air. Thankfully, Hugo Trevizo's sound engineering experience and support helped tremendously to make this happen. Another problem was the lack of a bass player, and fortunately, Hugo suggested Joel Amparán, a professional bass player, which in less than a week, managed to learn the songs and add his own feeling to each one. Indeed, the line-up finally settled on Carlos Chávez (drums), Jaime Trejo (guitars), Karla Andujo (backing vocals) and Joel Amparán (bass) with Antonio Bernal (bass) for the recording. But after the record the line-up changed with Isaac and Armendariz recruiting Erick Yáñez (ex-Random/ex-Vertice; guitar) and Carlos Flores (ex-Octavo Par/ex-Nebula; keyboards).
