JezabelBIOGRAPHYJezabel (1993-present): a Power Metal band from Buenos Aires, Argentina. T he power metal band Jezebel from Argentina released their debut album only in 2001 after many years of effort since their founding in 1993. A Todo O Nada was later licensed to 'Goi Music' for its European edition. The album, apparently recorded in 1999 and released in 2001, was widely believed to not reflect the true sound of the band. In December 2002, 'Cruz Del Sur Music' offered the band a deal and Jezabel entering the studio in February 2003 to start the long recording session for Legiones Del Sur, a four month project featuring Leandro Coronel (vocals), Nestor Rodriguez (guitars), Diego Del Rio (guitars), Omar Liste (keyboards), Gustavo Florio (bass; who had replaced Pablo Payero from their demo work A Todo O Nada) and Guillermo Saccomanno (drums). Referred to in style in the European/German tradition of power metal their sound was also categorized in the same style as Helloween or Gamma Ray. The presence of keyboards and guitar duets were another characteristic aspect of Legiones Del Sur, along with the band's election of singing in Spanish; commercially, however, this may have been not the wisest move. Nonetheless the band played on to release Más allá del tiempo (2009) featuring Alejandro Graf on keyboards and Juan Domínguez now on bass before splitting in 2011. The band would reform in 2019 under the Más allá del tiempo line-up.
