LethalBIOGRAPHYLethal (1982-1996, 2006-present): a Progressive Metal band from Erlanger, Kentucky, USA. F ormed 1982, Lethal was formed by the Cook brothers Eric (guitar) and Glen (bass). Soon later, the band added Jay Simpson (drums), Brian Goins (vocals), and second guitarist, Chuck Gollar in 1982 (who was replaced by Dell Hull in 1983). Brian Goins was later replaced with Tom Mallicoat when the band changed vocal styles. In 1988, Jerry Hartman joined on drums. Then in 1993 they parted ways with guitarist Dell Hull, replacing him with David McElfresh. Lethal would score acclaim for their Queensryche influenced debut, Programmed (1990). The Your Favorite God EP followed in 1995. Poison Seed (1996) was next with a heavier and more grunge influenced feel. Mysteriously they were never heard from again.
