Foreign Language Fix

Due to a failed experiment Diskery's ability to display Scandinavian and East European lettering was stopped. We found the error and we are in the process of trying to resolve the matter. Although we have restored some functionality, we are still working on some Germanic accented characters, as well as Asian and Cyrillic lettering. Our database was not encoded for this originally but we intend to fix this as soon as possible.
