Carat ^ No Longer Needed for Numeric Only Searches

The long awaited patch for the Diskery website to make it conform more to the command structure of the Apps is now completed. To search by record (ID) number you no longer need to enter the ^ before the number (as in '^10': '10' will do)! As an added bonus ^RANDOM can now also be entered as ^RAND.
