'International' Now Added as a Nation

There are several bands in our database whose membership straddles international borders. Up until now we categorized them as close as we could to link them to a nation. This is inadequate and a simple change to the database allows us to list them as 'International' using the 'UN' flag (for lack of a better one). We will update bands as they are entered and/or discovered.
