InstinctBIOGRAPHY Instinct (1996-present): a Thrash Metal band from Roosendaal, North Brabant, Netherlands. A fter their mini-CD Instinctive Terror was released in the autumn of 1997, Instinct would make it to the finals at the European Emergenza rock festival, and qualified for the Dutch Metal Bash band contest. The EP got them local interviews and a headlining spot with W.A.S.P. This Dutch metal band had only started a year earlier and, in 1996, they also turned down the opportunity to have their EP distributed in Europe in favor of recording newer material to release their self-produced debut album Hate Of Mind in 1998, featuring the membership Bram Willems (vocals/guitar), Marco Jansen (guitar), Leon van Grizen (bass) and Stefan Maas (drums).
