Prunella ScalesBIOGRAPHY Prunella Scales (1997-2000): a Thrash Metal band from Detroit, Michigan, USA. T he project Prunella Scales was the side operation of Skid Row bass player Rachel Bolan and then Godspeed (now Solace) guitarist Tommy Southard. The band also featured then future (now former) Skid Row drummer Phil Varone. Along with guitar and vocalist Elwood Francis the band released only one album, Dressing Up the Idiot in 1997.
