riginally starting in 1975 as Thorazin, Ricochet would restart in 1977 at the birth of the whole NWOBHM movement to release the Midas Light - The Singles EP in 2001, many years after their first incarnation between 1977 and 1980, and soon after their reformation in 2000 under the membership of Mick Collet (drums), Dave Gough (guitars), Geoff Sewell (R.I.P. 2025; vocals) and Neil "The Finn" Finnegan (bass). A compilation followed. Of this new line-up only Finnegan was a founding member, the others joining him were also a part of the original line-up but not from day one; those members being: Tim Farrell (drums), Bryan James (guitars), Bob Cool (vocals), Loz Newey (saxophone) and Gary Furness (vocals).
