BuffaloBIOGRAPHYBuffalo (1972-1977): a Hard Rock band from Sydney, Australia. T hey were always more popular in Europe than at home and after getting a deal on the German subsidiary of the British label 'Vertigo' Buffalo would enjoy a short career. Featuring the line-up of David Tice (vocals), Alan Milano (guitar), John Baxter (guitar), Pete Wells (bass) and Paul Balbi (drums) they released their debut Dead Forever in 1972, the album was filled with bluesy hard rock in the style of Black Sabbath and Deep Purple and received a warm welcome in Europe but failed to achieve major status. Volcanic Rock (1973), Only Want You for Your Body (1974) and Mother'sChoice (1975) fared little better. The aptly titled Average Rock 'n' Roller (1977) would be their swansong. As a cruel twist of fate their debut album finally charted shortly after the band split.
