ReVampBIOGRAPHY ReVamp (2009-2016): a Progressive Metal band from Limburg, Netherlands. G othic and symphonic metal band ReVamp was founded by Floor Jansen (vocals/songwriting/lyrics) at the end of 2009, after her previous band After Forever disbanded. Along with Waldemar Sorychta (guitars/bass) and Koen Herfst (drums) as guests, she would release ReVamp (2010). The band had a hiatus between 2010 and 2011 following Jansen's health problems, and when she joined Nightwish in 2012, the release of the sophomore album, Wild Card, with the membership of herself along with Matthias Landes (drums), Arjan Rijnen (guitars), Jord Otto (guitars/songwriting) and Ruben Wijga (keyboards/songwriting) had to be postponed to the second half of 2013. Due to her other commitments ReVamp was dissolved on September 29th, 2016. ** This article is also available on our official app.
