Oceans of Slumber

hese Texans debuted in 2013 with Aetherial under the membership of Keegan Kelly (bass), Dobber Beverly (drums/songwriting), Anthony Contreras (guitars), Sean Gary (guitars) and Ronnie Gates (vocals) to little fanfare, but it seems that a change of membership lit the band's candle, for the EP Blue (2015) featuring Cammie Gilbert taking vocals, and Uaeb YelsaeB (keyboards) notice was taken. The follow-up full albums, Winter (2016), The Banished Heart (2018) overlaid with Gilbert's soulful crooning, along with doom metal and progressive metal mixings proved more interesting to fans.

Momentum was building for the band until three core members departed by the time Oceans of Slumber was released in 2020 with Beverly and Gilbert now joined by Mat V. Aleman (keyboards), Semir Ozerkan (bass/vocals (additional)), Jessie Santos (guitars) and Alexander Lucian (guitars/vocals (additional)) to a new vigor for the act and it's sound.
