TechnocracyBIOGRAPHY Technocracy (2003-present): a Thrash Metal band from Osaka, Japan. F orming in 2003, it would be in 2004 that Japan's Technocracy (not to be confused with the US band of the same name) would arrive with their debut Price of Killingmachine (2004), followed by the Diary of a Terrorist EP (2011). The band's membership would feature Yoshie Yasuumi (bass), Shinya Yamamoto (drums), Jun Tanabe (guitars),Sats (guitars) and Daisuke Yamaguchi (vocals/guitars) with previously featuring Mr. XXX (bass), Kichijo (drums) and Tany (vocals).
