Incubator

ith only the membership of Michael Hahn (guitars/bass/drums/vocals: track 4) and Christian Mummelthey (vocals/keyboards), Incubator would release their self-titled demo in 1990. With the addition of Stefan Volkmann (guitars) and Dominique Thomsen (R.I.P. 1995; drums), Symphonies of Spiritual Cannibalism (1991), their debut proper, would follow.

The band was further expanded with the addition of Sven Schade (guitars) and Stefan Becker (bass) for the release of McGillroy the Housefly (1992). The act was reduced in membership, as well as shifted, to now feature Christian Mummelthey (vocals), Marcel Ziegler-Moblewski (bass), Sven Schade (guitars) and Kim Sievers (drums) for Hirnnektar (1993).

MCMETALXCVIII (1998) followed with Stefan Hoppe took drums and Michael May took bass while on Divine Comedy (2000) Christof F. was added for keyboards. But once again the band went through a reset when they reformed after a break-up in 2000. That reformation in 2006 saw a complete reduction back to the base members and the replacement of two to result in Marcel Wroblewski (guitars/bass), Mischa Wagner (drums/programming), Chris Mummelthey (vocals) and Lasse Lammert (guitars/bass) for LieBisslieder (2008). The act split again only to reform another time in 2014 with
