Hannah LindrothBIOGRAPHYHannah Lindroth (2002-present): a Musician from New York, New York, USA. H annah Lindroth has been singing and writing her own brand of soulful Country tinged rock since the age of 13, getting her first hand-me-down guitar from her dad, Peter, a guitar he took on tour during his music career as Sweden's version of Rod Stewart. Her desire to be a musician had started at age 8. At 21 she left Stockholm and moved to New York and less than two hours after arriving she found herself knocking on a stranger's door wanting to use the telephone. That stranger was no other than Yancy Drew, drummer for Brooklyn Funk Essentials. After seeing her guitar slung on her back he asked her bluntly, "What are you a musician or something?" "I'm here to start a band" was her reply to which he challenged, "So play something for me". She broke into her debut track Ready To Fly. That impromptu session got her a spot in a new band featuring herself with various musicians over the tracks including Miguel Weissman (harmonica), John Conte (bass), Yancy Drew (drums), Joe Dread (a.k.a. Cadet; laughing), Jeff Allen (bass), Johnanthan Maron (bass) to release a debut four song demo, followed-up with the 10 song album Dangerous Love (2002).
