Sang-Freud

nfluenced by the likes of Faith No More, Iron Maiden, Tool, Incubus, Metallica, System of a Down, Black Sabbath among others, Sang Freud would start in the Kitchener, Ontario area of Canada to be featured on the local 103.3FM and 98.7FM radio stations. It would be the launch of their thrash based debut Sang-Freud Raw in 1996 featuring the line-up of Jonathan Lisinski (guitars/bass), Giovinazzo (drums), Dugas (guitars) and Bill J. "Green" Fish (R.I.P. 2014; vocals) that got them notoriety. The EP Vicious followed in 1998 with Kervin Whittaker and Clayton DeCaire assuming bass and drums respectively.

After the self-titled compilation in 2004, The Greed E.P. EP followed in 2005, along with More (2007) and War EP (2009). With the line-up of Leonidas Karapanos (bass), Mike Povey (drums) and Jonathan Lisinski (vocals/guitars (lead)) the band would be silent since. Bill J. "Green" Fish would die in 2014.
