Ghost (2006-present): a Heavy Metal band from Linkoping, Ostergötland, Sweden.

rimarily the project of Papa Emeritus IV (Real Name: Tobias Forge; vocals) operating as Ghost has recruited several musicians over the years for various albums all named Nameless Ghoul whose Real Names are: Gustaf Lindström (bass (2009-2011)), Aksel Olof Holmgren (drums (2010-2014)), Simon Söderberg (guitars (lead) (2010-2016)), Martin Persner (guitars (rhythm) (2010-2016)), Rikard Ottoson (bass (2011-2013)), Mauro Alan Rubino (keyboards (2011-2016)), Martin Hjertstedt (drums (2014-2016)) and Gustaf Henrik Palm (bass (2015-2016), guitars (rhythm) (2016)), not to mention several live performers also named Nameless Ghoul!

The project would release: Opus Eponymous (2010), Infestissumam (2013), If You Have Ghost EP (2013), Meliora (2015), Popestar EP (2016), Ceremony and Devotion (Live; 2017), Selections from Ceremony and Devotion Live; 2017), Prequelle (2018), Seven Inches of Satanic Panic EP (2019) and Impera (2022). An EP of all covers would follow in 2023 in the form of Phantomime. Skeleta (2025) would be next.

American fans of the band should note that between 2013-2015 the act went under the name Ghost B.C. due to another band claiming rights to the name in that country. The case was settled in 2015 allowing the band to resume using the Ghost name an their albums even though the "B.C" component remains part of their legal identity in that country.
