Night in Gales (1995-present): a Death Metal band from Cologne, Germany.

elodic death metal (Gothenburg style) band Night In Gales started sometime around 1995 with the membership of Tobias Bruchmann (bass/vocals (additional)), Frank Basten (guitars), Jens Basten (guitars), Christian Baß (drums) and Christian Müller (vocals) for the debut Sylphlike EP (1995). Björn Gooßes would assume vocals for the follow-up Towards the Twilight (1997), Thunderbeast (1998), Nailwork (2000), Necrodynamic (2001) and Ten Years of Tragedy EP (2005).

For Five Scars (2011), Adriano Ricci (drums) would join the team. The Last Sunsets (2018), Dawnlight Garden (2020), The Black Stream (2023) and Shadowreaper (2024) then followed.
