This website is designated as an "ad free zone". Our experience with commercial advertisers in the past was less than rewarding and so we have stopped offering our space for advertisers. We found that the advertisers were far too aggressive with advertisements that took away from our website content, we were also displeased on the amount of work we had to do in order to maintain their contracts including gathering of website statistics, extra programming to accommodate the ads in areas they were happy with, not to mention the soliciting for their business in the first place. Add to this that some advertisers installed spyware and viruses on the views machine. The only advertisements allowed are those of Emperor Multimedia and independent musician members, and they are carefully screened.
