Vixen (Hawaii)

A

ppearing on a Metal Massacre compilation around the same time as their sole EP release Made In Hawaii (1983), Vixen would be one of guitarist Marty Friedman's first bands after moving to Hawaii (he had previously been involved with Tension, and would eventually become a part of Megadeth). The act also featured Kim La Chance (vocals), Kimo (bass), Jeff Graves (drums). Shortly after the release, however, the band changed lineups and name, becoming Hawaii, and then Aloha before disappearing.

Footnote: Not to be confused with the all female act of the same name.
