Pain And Passion
W
orking together for only 18 months, Stefan Eksteen (drums), Bjorn Asking (vocals), Roger Ericson (guitar) and Hans Johansson (bass) launched a demo disc titled simply Demo in 2000 under the collective name Pain And Passion, combining their previous experience and tastes in music; a mix that featured an almost perfect mix of Pop and Metal. A year later, they would be sending demos again with their second offering in late 2001 of similar style with meaningful lyrics and progressive instrumental work, titled simply Demo 2001. By 2003 their debut full length Don't Think Tomorrow had been published; the album proved to be a maturing of the band reflecting similarities to Dream Theater, Queensryche and Rush.
