E

ric Moore (vocals/bass), Mark Chatfield (guitar), Bob Hill (guitar/keyboards) and Glen Cataline (drums) got together to create a down to earth and dirty biker friendly Hard Rock based on the Grand Funk Railroad template. Indeed, their debut album The Godz (1978), proved to be a gem in the rough that nudged its way into the US top 200. With Cataline taking over vocals, the follow-up Nothing Is Sacred (1979) was a relative failure and the group folded shortly after.

Moore and Chatfield reformed the band in 1985 recruiting Freddy Salem (ex-Outlaws; guitar) and Keith Valentine (drums) to release another ignored album, I'll Get You Rockin' (1985). A last-ditch effort in the form of a re-mix of the previous effort with the title of Mongolians (1987) came before permanently folding.
