RETURNS POLICY


At Diskery you are given every opportunity to examine a recording by being given album reviews, biographical information, sound samples, pictures as well as easy access to staff E-mail addresses. It is therefore assumed that you are making an informed and final decision when you purchase. All sales are final.

Items which are damaged in transit, purchased in error, or poorly manufactured may be returned for replacement only. In an effort to assist in enforcing intellectual property laws (copyrights) we do not refund money on music purchases which have been opened. If you intend to return an item which you purchased through one of our affiliates then you must return the item to the affiliate and respect their returns policy. Items purchased directly from The Diskery web site must be returned directly to The Diskery. Send your item back using padded envelopes and pre-paid postage. Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt invoice. Returns are valid for 15 days after shipping date; 30 days for overseas. THERE IS NO RETURNS ALLOWED SIMPLY BECAUSE YOUR SHIPMENT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE!

See the Returns Address and make sure you mark "Return" on your package.


NOTE TO THOSE INTENDING ON RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS:

First: Diskery will not accept a returned item which was damaged by your equipment! Second: It is very rare that a recoridng itself (excluding Jewel Case) is actually damaged. More often then not it is your player which requires maintenance. Please be sure to try the following before you return your music to us:

  • Clean your recording with a non abrasive cloth or gentle air blower. Clean your player according to manufacturer's instructions (kits are available at local electronics shops).
  • Check to see if your machine needs servicing - as players age they need periodic servicing to ensure proper playback.
If you try this and the problem still persists then return your item for replacement.
