LICENSING FOR RE-BROADCAST:
All material broadcasted by NWR is under strict copyright either by the third party owners of the material (ie: music albums played) or directly by us or the show host.
NWR does allow limited re-broadcast rights to other networks & venue owners under the condition that the material we broadcast is NOT altered in any way. This means you cannot change the commercials, commentary or music broadcasted. The two exceptions to this rule is an allowance to bleep or black out objectionable language as considered such in your community or venue, and an allowance to re-transmit at a lower bit speed in order to accommodate your equipment. You also may not keep copies of the broadcast, sell copies of the broadcast, charge a fee to hear the broadcast, or allow others to retransmit the broadcast - all syndication and re-broadcast must be done directly from our data stream. We charge no fee for this BUT be aware we accept no legal liability for your ability to use the stream on your equipment, damage to your equipment, loss of revenue from the use of our signal, or the reliability of our signal.
All use of our signals must be done from our live stream, use of copies is forbidden!
Our allowance for the use of the signals or the content contained within is subject to the limitations of your local copyright laws and you are responsible for the payment of any licensing fees associated with it, if applicable.
I AM A CLUB/BAR OWNER AND WISH TO USE YOUR SIGNAL IN OUR ESTABLISHMENT:
NWR considers this a "re-broadcast" and it is subject to the same rules, please see above.
HOW TO I SET UP MY INTERNAL INTERCOM TO RECEIVE YOUR SIGNAL:
In general you run a mini-RCA cable from your speaker-out or earphone jacks on your computer soundcard/speakers into the auxiliary input of the stereo amplifier you use for your radio/signal reception for your venue intercom speakers. Then run your WinAmp receiver as you normally would for listening to our station. Be advised that you may have to do some adjustments to the sound in both your receiver and computer to get the sound so it is strong enough to be heard but also quiet enough to not cause sound distortion.
It is common courtesy to tell us you plan to re-broadcast our shows first by e-mailing us. You never know, your radio or venue just might get mentioned on-air!
