Re: Your sales Agreement for Diskery.com

Dear Diskery supplier;

According to our records you have music titles on sale via our on-line music sales site Diskery.com. 

This letter is being sent as a legal requirement to notify you that as of Dec. 31, 2012 all sales Agreements for Diskery.com will become
void/canceled as Diskery.com is going out of business. The last day of sales will be Wednesday December 12, 2012 at the close of
business. It is important to note: THIS IS A VOLUNTARY SHUTDOWN of the operation and not a bankruptcy. However, due to
changing technology, the decline of CD sales and the rough economy we came to the conclusion that the capitol investment required
to upgrade and continue operation of the site would not offer us a return on the investment and so we decided to cut our losses.

With thanks to a "white knight" investment, re-organization and a brief uptick in sales we managed to keep the operation going for
another 3 years but no such "white knight" awaits us this time.

What do you need to do?
Contact us by e-mail (skelmetal@sympatico.ca or mcdonaldd02@gmail.com - do NOT use info@diskery.com) or postal letter by close of
business December 31, 2012 to notify us of your intent to collect your unsold titles from our warehouse. You do not have to actually
possess them by then; just notify us of your intent. Since it is us cancelling your contracts we will pay for the return shipment of unsold
items by REGULAR SURFACE MAIL! This means it could take some time for them to arrive but it is the cheapest option; if you prefer
faster means then you will need to pay for that yourself. NO SHIPMENTS will be made BEFORE December 12, 2012! Failure to notify us
of your intent to collect by December 31, 2012 means your titles may be considered 'abandoned' and under local law it means we will be
allowed to dispose of them with no compensation to you. This notice bouncing back because you did not update us with your address
is no excuse as this notice is posted on the website as well for you and the public to see. Under your Agreement, it is your responsibility
to update us on your where-about.

Payments? After Dec 31, 2012 we will issue payment for all unaccounted sales up to and including December 12, 1012.
THIS IS A FINAL PAYMENT. Please have ID or a copy of your Diskery Agreement handy for proof of ownership.

On a personal level, myself and my team would like to thank you for your trust and support of Diskery over the years. I sincerely hope
you found value in what we offered the indie music industry. This was not an easy decision. We had a good 15 year run at this. Part
way into the New Year Emperor will be moving to a new address. The Diskery.com website will be re-purposed for another project which
you are welcomed to participate in as it involves an enhanced multimedia music archives site. Information will be available at the
Diskery.com website after Dec. 31, 2012. Again, thank you and good luck with all you do.
